Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Code & Grow, we keep our class sizes small to create a rich and focused learning experience. Because of this, last-minute cancellations can be hard to accommodate — but we’ve created a fair and transparent policy to support families while keeping our programs sustainable.

We truly appreciate your understanding and commitment to helping us grow curious, resilient young minds.

1. Term Programs & Holiday Camps

  • Cancel 21+ Days Before Start: Get a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Cancel Within 21 Days of Start: We’ll refund the remaining sessions, minus a 20% admin fee.

  • Cancel After Classes Have Begun: You’ll receive a prorated refund for the remaining sessions, less a 20% admin fee.

  • Missed Classes: We’re unable to offer makeup sessions or credits for missed classes during a term or camp. Where feasible, we may provide follow-up materials or recordings.

  • Venue Closures (e.g., weather or emergencies): If a session can’t go ahead due to unexpected issues with the venue, we’ll refund the affected session(s) at a prorated rate.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 21 business days of receiving a valid email request.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Flexibility & Exceptions

We understand that life happens. While these policies help us plan ahead, we’re open to genuine case-by-case exceptions where needed.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
